Qatar has called for making use of all capabilities in confronting and curbing organised crime, corruption, drugs, money laundering and terrorism. This came in a speech delivered by Major General Dr Abdullah Yusuf al-Mal, adviser to HE the Minister of Interior, at the opening of the 26th session of the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, which started in the Austrian capital yesterday and continues until May 26. Dr al-Mal welcomed the efforts made by member-states to implement the Doha Declaration of the 13th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, hosted by Qatar in April 2015.
