The Securities Commission (SC) has declared Wong Shee Kai wanted in connection with money laundering crimes. This was made after the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate Court issued a warrant of arrest against him. Wong, also known as Ricky Wong was the founder of Asia Media Group Sdn Bhd. He was last identified with the company address – N0. 35, First Floor, Jalan Bandar 16, Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor. But now, he is nowhere to be found. The SC has, therefore, urged the public to contact them on 012-3812497 or 012-9105362 and email, at aduan@seccom.com.my if they know his location. The SC then promised that it would treat information from the public as confidential as possible. If Wong is found guilty of breaching the anti-money laundering law, he is likely going to face a fine of RM3 million.
