A meeting of the Council of Ministers was held Tuesday where among other things, the amendments to the November 11, 2013 law, clarifying the sanctions against Money Laundering and Terror Financing.
It was in haste to avoid impending sanctions by the United States and restrictions on international banking that the former President Michel Martelly had enacted the original bill.
