Granting territory to Syria, the terrorist organization is beginning to transfer its funds abroad, including Europe. This money will be used to support the Daech cells and to commit abuses, according to Russian diplomacy.
Anticipating its near defeat, the terrorist organization Daech began to transfer financial resources abroad, including in European countries, said Dmitri Feoktistov, deputy director of the Department of New Challenges and Threats of the Russian Foreign Ministry. As the diplomat noted, Daech’s outflows from the territories controlled by this terrorist organization were first noticed.
