SOCA’s Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year 2011/12 is published today (Wednesday 04th July 2012).
The Annual Report, the sixth to be published by SOCA, describes SOCA’s performance over the year in respect of the major illegal commodities and identified threats which it is tasked with tackling. The report reflects the refreshed strategic priorities described for SOCA by the Home secretary to take into account important changes to the law enforcement landscape, in particular the creation of the National Crime Agency (NCA) in 2013.
